The Elam Construction Highway Division is headquartered in the Grand Junction Corporate Office. The Highway Division focuses on large governmental projects such as interstates, highways, and airports. They go where the work takes them and often end up working near or in collaboration with our various regional operations. This entails mobilizing crews, equipment, and their asphalt plant to areas throughout Western Colorado.

Paving for federal, state and other governmental agencies requires the highest level of quality control and attention to detail. These jobs are thoroughly tested to ensure they meet the specifications of the governing agency. Elam’s Highway Division has been meeting and exceeding these expectations since 1956.
