When designing a parking lot, water drainage is critical. A parking lot should not be designed with less than a 1.5% slope. This slope allows for complete water drainage and makes it possible to properly overlay it in the future. Water is your parking lot's worst enemy. When it sits on the surface, it can find its way through tiny cracks in the asphalt, thereby saturating and softening the area underneath, ultimately leading to a pothole. Providing proper slope and sufficient compaction during the design and construction of a parking lot will reduce the chances of potholes and cracking.

We regularly coordinate and solicit prices from other subcontractors such as underground contractors, concrete contractors, striping contractors, and any other specialty contractor that may be required to complete the entire project.
