For subdivision work, Elam needs to be provided with a set of engineered plans. Once the plans are received, we use state-of-the-art software to generate precise quantities of materials and can then provide accurate pricing to the owner.
 
Elam Construction self-performs the site work for the subdivision including but not limited to clearing the site of debris and brush, performing the earthwork, placing road base materials, and placing asphalt. We regularly coordinate with and solicit prices from other subcontractors such as underground contractors, concrete contractors, striping contractors, and any other specialty contractor that may be required to complete the entire civil construction package. It saves the developer both time and money to work through one contractor.
