At Elam, we do our best to purchase products made from recycled materials. We recycle our own used oil, junk iron, aluminum, tires and more. The oil that is recycled goes into burner oil; tires are recapped and reused or made into floor mats; and at our offices, we recycle boxes, printer cartridges and paper. At Elam, everyone does his or her part in recycling. Elam's recycling projects also have recreational benefits. Many lakes and trails along rivers are reclaimed gravel pits that have become popular recreational areas.
